I bought my first Mini on 2021, as a loyal customer I have been visiting the Yeovil centre since. I have always found the agents courteous, well learnt, professional and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with their approach and customer service.

Pleased the defect on the steering was found and fixed under warranty. It has made a huge difference to the driving. Only disappointment my car was handed back not washed after keeping it for a few days.

The centre was open early, my paperwork was processed in a timely manner and a pre-booked courtesy car was available and I was on my way within 10 minutes of arrival. I was sent a video of the car's healthcheck as well.

The service technician advised how long the service would be and said he would phone when it was ready. This he did. When I arrived to collect our car he explained the invoice and dealt with payment. Our car had been cleaned and looked good as new

Staff helpful, friendly, issue resolved quickly via mini assistance. I have ticked the car wash and clean option on both visits but it has never been done. perhaps because of timing of collection so this is why i've marked it down to 4.

It was easy to deal with the service department to make the booking. On the day it was easy to book the car in. I received the health check video and a phone call during the day to update me. I was called when my car was ready to collect.

I took my car in for a routine service and asked them to check the wipers. They didn't & ticked to say it was done on paper. I was driving home when they fell apart. They wanted to charge me £55 for new ones and I had to drive back (long way for me).

Drove the car in, could have used the keybox, but service advisor was waiting. Left the key with him ,agreed a collection time and went into town. Came back at appointed time having been advised that the car was ready. It was. I paid and left

There is unusual wear on the rear tyres. (cupping). This was mentioned to vertu during booking. Apparently all the tyres needed changing and the tracking checked, and they asked for approval. When told it was motability they were suddenly all ok.

An extremely satisfying visit, recently, for service & replacement rear brakes. The team at MINI/BMW are extremely accommodating, polite & professional, & couldn't do enough for me. They also let me use a quiet, air conditioned room, to work from.
