Jack and Ben were extremely helpful in explaining the processes and in particular taking my wife and I through the whole system of owning and driving an EV which was new to us. This included test drives and explanations of all the charging etc.

Booked an MOT, for my Mini. I was advised that my car needed new windscreen wipers and was asked did i want them fitted, i was also advised of how much it would cost. I was was taken to the seating area. Good srevice from the service the manager.

I nearly scored 4 and not 5 because my car went in for service, MOT, and high voltage warning. I was told a day and then phoned to advise me that the fault was significant and the car could take up to 14 days to fix under warranty
