Too much online signing for things - took a ridiculous amount of time even the salesman was very knowledgeable and efficient durning the process

We were impressed with the customer service knowledge and experience of the sales assistant. However we had discussed throughout our conversations a package based on 8000 miles p.a. but when we received our contract it had based the price on 6000pa.

There was a few weeks wait before I could get booked in, for my service, despite trying to book just before it was due.Consequently the car told me at every opportunity I needed a service for the weeks preceding the service which was very annoying!

I was lucky enough to have my car collected and returned by Jack which meant I did not visit Vertu Yeovil. I think that was service over and above the norm. Well done Vertu Yeovil.

My car was called for a recall an update to the computer and wiring for the windscreen wipers to be inspected. The warning for the wipers is still appearing so I am not sure if this has been corrected
