Staff talked to were helpful and friendly. Getting a new key fob was quick and had enough security for piece of mind they aren't easy to obtain.

I took my car in for a routine service and asked them to check the wipers. They didn't & ticked to say it was done on paper. I was driving home when they fell apart. They wanted to charge me £55 for new ones and I had to drive back (long way for me).

Drove the car in, could have used the keybox, but service advisor was waiting. Left the key with him ,agreed a collection time and went into town. Came back at appointed time having been advised that the car was ready. It was. I paid and left

There is unusual wear on the rear tyres. (cupping). This was mentioned to vertu during booking. Apparently all the tyres needed changing and the tracking checked, and they asked for approval. When told it was motability they were suddenly all ok.

Very professional and Matt was great. Would have given 5 star but asked for my handbrake to be tightened, however, I had to bring it back to adjust further only to be told it can't and would need new cables. I should have been imformed sooner

The service I had on my mini was fine. They called me during the day to discuss the work done. In that call I asked if someone from sales could give me a trade in price for my car while they had it there but not done.

An extremely satisfying visit, recently, for service & replacement rear brakes. The team at MINI/BMW are extremely accommodating, polite & professional, & couldn't do enough for me. They also let me use a quiet, air conditioned room, to work from.
