Booked an MOT, for my Mini. I was advised that my car needed new windscreen wipers and was asked did i want them fitted, i was also advised of how much it would cost. I was was taken to the seating area. Good srevice from the service the manager.

I was welcomed very politely by the reception staff, The service leason was very efficient. I was shown the lease /loan vehicle and any damage pointed out to me. Except for the chip on the windscreen, which I observed later.Hence I have given 4 stars

I nearly scored 4 and not 5 because my car went in for service, MOT, and high voltage warning. I was told a day and then phoned to advise me that the fault was significant and the car could take up to 14 days to fix under warranty

Really good updating during the day an very clear on what needed doing to the car- severity levels etc. only reason I didn't give 5 is because I hadn't realised the cost was excluding manual labour which came as a bit of a surprise when I paid.

Very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Made me feel welcome even with my small dog who I was on holiday with. Saved my weekend away with a courtesy car and tips for a lovely dog walk while waiting for my tyre to be replaced. Thanks Bailee!
