We were impressed with the customer service knowledge and experience of the sales assistant. However we had discussed throughout our conversations a package based on 8000 miles p.a. but when we received our contract it had based the price on 6000pa.

The first Service assistant I spoke to was useless, not engaged and not helpful. As I was leaving, Service assistant Andy Crump caught up with me and offered to see whether he could help. It wasn't easy, but he got me sorted and on my way.

Josh was extremely helpful and very patient with an elderly customer who is not completely up to date with technology! Efficient service and I received regular updates.
