Service wa fine but every friend and family member taking a car in has been rold it needs new brake pads, despite the wear indicators being several mm from contacting. According to my MOT station.

Being a motability customer, I would like to think that your salespeople would know if your product is on the motability scheme or not. Having had a call asking if I needed help with another mini when they're not on the scheme makes me worry!

MOT took 2hours 30mins on a waiting appointment. When I booked it I was told "about an hour". I don't mind waiting but expectations need to be managed.
