I was sent a video of my car's health check and the person spoke too quickly. The health check was not explained adequately and I found out later that the alignment check should have been advisory. Some items on the mot did not match up with detail

Everything was done satisfactorily. It was disappointing that I was asked to arrive at 10am but the work took until 5.30pm, when I had explained that I needed not to be away from home for any longer than was absolutely necessary. Rather upsetting
